The Video May Take Up to 60 Seconds to Load

Thank you all for coming. I hope to learn a few things myself from people here tonight. Thats one great thing about this hobby. It's a great knowledge sharing community and there are always new things to learn.
The 90 min sparge time mentioned in the video isn't really necessary. Thats just me being stingy and trying to get every last bit out of the grain that I can. Truthfully, a 60 min sparge is fine for collecting 12 gallons preboil.

2.00 lbs. Crystal 60L
I would drop the Crystal 60 down to crystal 30 or 40 next time

Directions
Mash at 152 for 60 min
Sparge at 170 and collect around 12 gallons of
wort in your brewpot.
Boil for 15min,
Then follow hop times.

Just in case you didn't know,
Dry hops go in your secondary fermenter and not in the boil.
They are typically added after fermentation has complete.
