I'm in the process of adding a homebrewers favorite recipe section to my site. If you have one that is a staple in your brewhouse or one that you've won awards on, and you'd like to share it with everyone, send me an email at krotchrott@krotchrott.com Full credit for the recipe will be given to you of course. You can either send me a typed recipe or you can send me the promash file. The more personal background info about the beer the better: The beers inception, it's taste, color, AROMA -- a big factor that often gets left out of recipes, and your overall impression are all attributes I'd like to include. You can even include a label if you have one. I'll be sure to include the background info and label, if you have one, with the recipe. I think people are more likely to try it if they have a pretty good idea of what to expect. To Kick this thing off right, here is the first entry. It is Jamil Zainasheff's American Brown Ale.
