I am purchasing a chest freezer and would like to use it for fermenting and distributing the beer. So I have heard rumor of anadjustable thermostat that could regulate the temperature. I think it plugs into the wall and then the freezer plugs into that. Anyone know its name or where I can get one. I would like the temperature to range from 70-34 degrees. Any and all help on this is appreciated. Thanks.

There are two types of available thermostats, the analog kind that has a fairly inaccurate dial for controls, which is the kind I have always used, and the digital kind. The cheaper one is about $60 the digital one is about $80. You can find these at Southern or on-line pretty easily.
